Studio Portrait Session
The studio portrait session is 60 minutes and may include up to 3 people (or 2 and a pet). Please chat with us to quote rates for larger groups. Price is for studio time and proofs. Please see prices for digital images below. Typically clients will combine this with 5-10 digital images. The photographer will recommend the best images from the session. Outfits may be changed multiple times in the session. Please consult with photographer on number of outfit changes desired.

Quick Studio Portrait Session
The quick portrait session is 20 minutes for one person or pet. As above, Price is for studio time and proofs. Please see prices for digital images below. Typically clients will combine this with 1-5 digital images. The photographer will recommend the best images from the session. Outfits may be changed a couple of times in the session.

Digital Image With Light Touchups
The photographer wants to show you in the best way possible. Each image is carefully (but lightly) touched up to allow the genuine you to shine while removing distracting elements. With this price, you are provided with a high resolution image that you may share, print, and for general personal use. If the image is needed for a professional website, please request the limited commercial release. If you have any size or resolution requirements, please consult with the photographer ahead of the session.

Printing
4×6 Prints
In general, we advise using one of the online printing services for the best prices. That said, we do have the ability to do a rush print of a small run of photos (1-10) using a high quality 4-pass dye sublimation printer and in special circumstances (depending on nature of shoot) can pre-arrange to prepare and print a few photographs immediately after the shoot.

Metal Prints
You can see samples of metal prints in the studio. These are of a very high quality and long life. Prints are by default on high quality Gloss White ChromaLuxe with a Metal Hanger included. Silver, Matt and Textured prints can be requested. Maximum in-house printing size is 12×18. Our clients are recommended to consider online services for bulk or extra large prints.

- Other sizes and custom sizes are available on request. Maximum 12 inches on shortest edge and 18 inches on longest edge, or 12×12 square prints.
This price includes preparing an image for printing at the given ratio and size. If there is a need to rush the order, please discuss when the print is required, otherwise the prints are typically produced within a week of the order.
Example 1
You want a 60 minute portrait session to obtain around 10 photos. In the end you decide on 9 photos for personal use. The timeline is as follows:
- Informal consultation about what is desired
- Photographer sends portrait session agreement that you sign (e-signature)
- Photographer sends an invoice which must be paid before the session. The first invoice is for the session + tax.
- After the session, photographer selects and sends proofs. For this example, you received 31 proofs the photographer hand selected out of 75 photos taken (the actual number will depend on the session itself, how many poses, how many background changes, how many costume changes, etc.)
- You review the proofs and select what photos you wish to pay for and keep. In this example, you select 9 photos that you like, and pay the “Digital Image with Light Touchup” fee for 9.
- Photographer invoices you for the 9 photos.
- After the invoice has been paid and the “Print Release” has been signed, photographer performs the final high quality edits on the selected 9 photos
- Once completed, the photographer provides a link to allow the 9 photos to be downloaded.

Example 2
You want a 20 minute portrait session to obtain 2 professional headshots for use on a website. This is a rush order and customer needs photos within a week.
- Informal consultation about what is desired, and timeline photos are needed. Photographer agrees that the timeline is possible based on photographers schedule
- Due to aggressive timelines, you and photographer agree to pay for everything upfront.
- Photographer sends portrait session agreement and “Limited Commercial” print release for both forms to be signed
- Photographer sends an invoice for session and two edited photos, + tax.
- After the session, photographer selects and sends proofs. In this case, photographer pre-selected 10 proofs within a day per agreement.
- You review the proofs and select what 2 photos you wish to pay for and keep.
- Photographer provides a link to the edited photo within another couple of days per agreement.
